Hope you are doing well. I'm having an issue for one of bonita customers but since i dont have subscription access i'm opening the case here.
I'm setting up a new environment with version 7.5.4, and this environment need to be set with production database data (engine and bdm). so i made the backups like that:
full backup of bdm database
backup of engine database without documents (table is too heavy) and archived contract data (same)
Then i restored the backups on the new database, changed the license and tried to start bonita like that. The server wont start because bitronix reports a transaction that timeouts in the logs. I'm joining logs from my first try (01/02/2021) and another try today (02/02/2021) with increased log level for bitronix.
Can you please help identify the problem?
