In the bonita portal (development environment) and logged in as admin , as soon as the resource page opens a popup error displays and prevents from downloading any resources or uploading a new one. This error has been created from 7.9.0 and still exists in 7.9.4!
I review the information you shared and in the HAR file you shared and I cannot see the request to get the resources information. And in the Engine log file I don’t see any errors reports.
In your previous comment you are saying “I am using bonita studio with tomcat bundle“. Actually Bonita Studio and Tomcat Bundle are independent. Bonita Studio embeds a Tomcat server for testing purpose in development environment. Do you reproduce this issue with the Studio only or did it happen when using the Bonita + Tomcat bundle (BonitaCommunity-7.9.4-tomcat.zip)?
What would be rely helpful is a step by step guide to reproduce the issue from the installation of the Studio to the error. Because currently I don’t managed to reproduce it.
Thank you very much for you reply. I use studio only and I am sorry that my sentence was not clear. As you mentioned there are no errors in HAR file and log files but I still face with the error depicted in the attachment even in bonita 7.10.0. Is it related to my system? (I use windows 7 )
Would it be possible for you to zip the whole Studio folder and share it for example on Google Drive or Dropbox? It might help me to reproduce the issue.
I never got any reports of similar issues and I’m quite surprise that issue still exist with a fresh new install of Bonita Studio.
I think the problem was related to my system since as I changed my system I have not seen the error again. Thank you very much for your help.
